Choosing Shaun’s team was definitely the right choice

We first called Shaun because we needed better tech support than we were getting from our existing supplier and since then we have implemented Servers connected to Micros0ft’s cloud, Patient Wifi systems, Offsite Cloud backups and heaven knows what else under the bonnet. Choosing Shaun’s team was definitely the right choice.

Shaun has been nothing but professional, passionate, and honest in his initial assessments of where we stood with our IT at the Hotel and the position we could be in the future. We had designs to push the Hotel to the forefront of reliable and professional IT Solutions and Shaun came in and helped map out a Plan for us to get to that level. His Remit ranged from; Firewall Security, Network Management, Wifi Solution, Business continuity (backup system) to Helpdesk & Managed Services. Shaun clearly broke everything down into attainable steps and made it very clear throughout the whole process with in-depth correspondence throughout. We also have nothing but praise for Shaun and his Team with their high-level of Support. Support is vital in Hospitality that is basically 24/7. They always are at the end of the phone or emails and take great pride in solving issues as quick as they possibly can.
At the Lodge, we pride ourselves on being one of the finest Hotels in the Northwest and in order for us to provide such high customer service levels and guest experience, we need a strong IT Team behind us and Shaun thankfully continues to provide that.

We have been involved with Legion Solutions from 2020 and during that period we can safely say that we have found no fault with them. Our previous computer system was causing a lot of problems and it was very frustrating for all users in the office. We contacted Shaun and the first thing he did was an in depth analysis of our computer system which highlighted serious deficiencies and in particular inadequate security. Having considered their very impressive report, we had no hesitation in retaining their services. They immediately set about providing us with new hardware, software, and a plan for overhauling the hardware over a period of time that was most financially efficient. They spent considerable time with our staff guiding them on the new system which they installed and continue to provide very helpful support.
